Physiotherapy
Treatment may involve various hands-on techniques, acupuncture and exercises to relieve pain. One on one consultations, no multiple bookings.
Acupuncture
Treatment involves inserting fine needles into certain sites on the body to treat pain, balance the body and promote general wellbeing. Cupping, guasha and moxibustion may be included.
Chinese Medicine
A herbal formula can be prescribed to balance the body to promote general wellbeing and help prevent illness.

With over 25 years of experience as a physiotherapist and 18 years of experience as an acupuncturist and herbalist, I have a genuine interest in promoting the health and well-being of all my clients.

AHPRA registered Physiotherapist
